The full metal production facility

A narrated walk-through covering fiber laser cutting, Lissmac surface prep, press brake forming, robotic welding, Haas CNC machining (including five-axis UMC 500s), and both powder coat lines, automated and batch. AAMA 2604 and 2605 certified.

02 CNC Turning

The turning center

A walk through our CNC turning operation: Citizen Swiss A20 lathes capable of lights-out production, a larger Swiss platform for up to 2" bar, and Doosan Puma mill-turn centers handling up to 3" diameter stock in aluminum, stainless, nylon, and more.
