Goshen Manufacturing Company was founded in Goshen, Indiana with a simple premise: build precision parts well, build them in America, and stand behind the work. Over the past 24 years, we’ve grown from a single plant into nine specialized facilities spanning 350,000 square feet of manufacturing space, all within a few miles of each other in Elkhart County.
Our customers are brands that need a manufacturing partner they can actually depend on, from short-run development through high-volume production. When you work with us, your design stays yours. We sign an NDA before we open the file, and your parts are made by American workers on American soil.
We’re not a broker or a middleman. We own the equipment, we employ the machinists, and we control every step from raw stock to packaged product.

Almost everything we make is made here. Raw materials are sourced domestically whenever possible. More than 85% of the components that leave our dock are manufactured in-house: cut, formed, welded, machined, finished, and packaged without leaving Goshen.

Vertically integrated
We own the equipment and employ the people. Laser cutting, forming, welding, machining, and finishing are all under one roof. Cellular manufacturing with Kanban flow and robot-tended automation keeps lead times short and quality consistent from prototype through production.
Your design is yours
We sign an NDA before we open a single file. Your drawings, specifications, and part geometry never leave our engineering team. NDAs are available on request before any conversation starts.

Every inquiry is reviewed by an engineer, not a sales rep. You get a fixed price and lead time. No estimates, no surprises. If we see a DFM concern, we flag it before you commit.
